Save Women's Homelessness Services in Sydney

posted 28 May 2014, 19:54 by Friends of Erskineville

Under the NSW Government’s Going Home, Staying Home initiative for homeless people long-standing homelessness services in inner city Sydney will be closed down as part of a move to shift homeless people out of the city and, if possible, back to where they came from. Specialised women's homelessness services in the inner city are expected to close.
If 5000 signatures are obtained, the petition below will be presented to the NSW Government. There is also material for an additional option to write a personalised letter to Gabrielle Upton, the relevant minister.

This petition is an initiative of the Sydney F Collective. You can follow them on Facebook.
