I am very concerned that this development application is being tabled for consideration before all the issues raised in the FOE and resident submissions in March 2012 have been dealt with and rectified. I am also further concerned that it appears that the plan that is being tabled for consideration varies a good deal from the original on which the March submissions were based, and that council has not exhibited or adequately informed residents of the changes, nor afforded residents the opportunity to comment on those changes. Please accept this letter as notification that I fully and totally support the FOE letter of 5 October, 2012 and request that you act in relation to the letter regarding the issues raised, and allow further exhibition and comment of the revised plan before tabling it for agreement by the CSPC and subsequently the Council of the City of Sydney.
